A Manufacturing Base In Yongnian
MetalVanta manufactures wind turbine anchor systems and industrial fasteners in Yongnian, Handan. The 30,000 m² plant has more than 350 employees, six dedicated anchor-bolt lines and an annual production capacity of more than 40,000 tonnes.
Production Under One Roof
Our in-house product scope includes anchor bolts, foundation cages, structural high-strength bolts and solar hardware. Production requirements are defined around the order, from component geometry to the matching hardware and inspection records.
Dedicated Quality Facilities
The factory has dedicated laboratory spaces for sample preparation, tensile and impact testing. Magnetic particle inspection forms part of batch release, supported by mill certificates and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
